The older documents were given to me on paper. I scanned; OCR'ed into MS Word; saved as MS version html; and finally edited by hand. Consequently, there may be errors in translation.

Newer files were given to me by the author. I simply used MS Word's html translator to write out the versions shown here (greatly reducing my labor). Please note that Microsoft's idea of xml schemas does not meet current standards as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (they are doing better tho); so if your browser is not a late model MS Internet Explorer, the pages may not render well.
